Total Staffing Solutions (TSS) was founded in late 2007 by TSS Managing Director Dion Smith. The focus of TSS is on providing staffing solutions to the Industrial sectors.
Within this division is in excess of 100 years of management experience in industrial recruitment. All staff having a proven track record in the delivery of recruitment services both domestically and internationally.
TSS specialises in the provision of temporary, labour hire and contract recruitment solutions. TSS has grown rapidly to include a branch network of 12 offices across all Australian capital cities.

- Light Industrial – manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, supply chain, transport, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, FMCG.
