Total Staffing Solutions (TSS Group) was established in 2007 through the integration of an international recruitment domestic labour hire and professional services. TSS Group offers Australian business temporary and permanent recruitment solutions sourced both domestically and internationally.

TSS Group offers its clients a dynamic approach to the skilled labour shortage identifying permanent and temporary candidates, sourced domestically and internationally, across 10 foreign countries throughout Asia and Africa, whilst also recruiting skilled labour across Australia.

TSS Group provides permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services to employers and candidates across Australia. The Company deals across a broad range of diverse industry sectors, candidate types and geographies offering employers the opportunity to identify skilled labour with a ready to work mentality and a skill set that is thoroughly tested. TSS Group believes that its unique offering provides a conduit between employers and candidates across national and international borders.

TSS Group currently employs in excess of 38 employees including specialist recruitment consultants, marketing, database and client management personnel. Through its subsidiary, Offshore Staff Solutions Pty Ltd (OSS), the Company also operates through a network of international agents.

To date OSS has successfully placed in excess of 380 skilled foreign workers into Australian businesses across industries that include construction, mining, engineering, nursing, hospitality and agriculture. In addition, OSS currently has a forward order book of in excess of 600 candidates across a range of major industry players in the mining, construction, security and engineering sectors.

In the financial year 2006-07, TSS Group generated revenue in excess of $1,000,000 and successfully placed over 230 overseas candidates in permanent employment across a range of industries, including major and boutique industry players, with a 99% successful placement rate.

Following the IPO, TSS Group will be in a position to expand its existing offshore recruitment business and consolidate its presence in industry sectors with chronic skills shortages. TSS Group will continue to develop its national footprint and broaden its geographical reach throughout Australia. The Professional Services and Labour Hire division, TSS Recruitment, brings an experienced management and technical team possessing the requisite industry knowledge and contacts.

TSS Group is able to implement a natural delivery channel between the international and labour hire businesses. This brings the benefits of economies of scale to the business and offers employers an opportunity to recruit staff domestically and internationally.
