TSS Employee of the Year Takes Flight
It has been a busy time for leading recruiter Total Staffing Solutions and it is about to get busier for their Employee of the Year Erika Thompson.
Erika will represent the TSS Group at the World Staffing Conference in America in October this year, a prize that is befitting such a valuable winner.
“I am honored to have received this award and am looking forward to the conference, not to mention the great shopping”, Erika said.
“It is a rare opportunity to have recruiters from around the world in one room all sharing their knowledge and ideas”.
Total Staffing Solutions was established in late 2007 and it has been full steam ahead ever since says Managing Director Dion Smith.
“We have grown rapidly over the last 12 months and now have 12 offices around Australia and over 50 staff, all of which I am incredibly proud of, but there can only be one winner ”, Mr. Smith said.
“Erika started with us as Regional Manager and more recently was promoted to State Manager Queensland. She was awarded Employee of the Year for her passion and tireless efforts in leading by example, effectively managing and delivering results”.
