The Leader Series

Acceler8 offer The Leader Series to improve business performance through People. The Leader Series is designed for people who are currently managing others or for those who want to learn more about the attributes, skills and systems used by high performing leaders in the modern workplace.

Leader Series 1: involves an evaluation of your own workplace motivations and preferences using The Apollo Profile.

The Apollo Profile (Personality and Work Motivations Profile) is a tool designed to measure workplace motivations, values and preferences in the context of high performance in the workplace. The evaluation component is modeled on “excellence” in the workplace rather than “mean or average” performance and reviews the following areas:

People Orientation

Career Drives

Strategic Orientation Conflict Management Style
Values Coping
Workplace Management Leadership and Influence

Participants undertake a comprehensive review of their own preferred leadership and management styles and identify a plan to adapt and extend on preferred styles to achieve or sustain high performance. 

Support and continued development is available to participants through the complete Leader Series. This involves development of the necessary skills to reach high performance as follows:

Leader Series 2: Strategy to Delivery - This is a skill development program that focuses on strategy development and operational delivery, including visions, goals and activities.

Leader Series 3: The Team - This is for the development of skills and processes to effectively identify the key roles necessary in a high performing team and incorporates the team lifecycle.

Leader Series 4: The Individuals – This involves the application of Situational Leadership in developing the necessary skills and processes to be used in supporting and coaching individuals to reach high performance.
